Chase Sinclair Clark successfully advised Betway on their exit from the Centro Buildings in the Camden estate owned by Workspace. This included advising on the market appetite for large floor plate fitted offices and agreeing the final dilapidations claim. SGP/Betway have relocated into a new HQ developed by BAM nearby in Camden.
