RELX TO RELOCATE OFFICES FROM QUADRANT HOUSE TO SUTTON PARK HOUSE

RELX are relocating from Quadrant House their HQ offices adjacent to Sutton Station. CSC have advised RELX jointly with JLL on the acquisition of circa 19,500 sq ft of Grade A + fitted offices in Sutton Park House on Carshalton Road.  The building is nearing completion as part of a residential led re-development.

COPTHALL HOUSE SUTTON NOW FULLY LET

CSC has advised on the letting of all vacant space at Copthall House to Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust (OHCAT).

In all two floors have been let comprising 9,500 sq ft.

OHCAT have moved from Quadrant House adjacent to Sutton station which has been bought by Amro Partners for a major refurbishment and re-positioning of the building.
