Croydon: 96 George Street – Tide Construction take more space

Acting on behalf of the Landlord Sinclair Clark have let additional space to Tide Construction on the 1st floor of 96 George Street. The letting is short term as The building is set to be demolished in the next year or so to make way for a new office development. Tide Construction occupy the entirety of St Matthews House and two floors at 96 George Street.
