Acting on behalf of the Landlord Sinclair Clark have let additional space to Tide Construction on the 1st floor of 96 George Street. The letting is short term as The building is set to be demolished in the next year or so to make way for a new office development. Tide Construction occupy the entirety of St Matthews House and two floors at 96 George Street.

This returns to Fairfield Halls on 8 November with a day packed full of discussion about the borough’s strengths and opportunities for living and working in a post-pandemic world.

We will be exploring why Croydon is in a prime position to offer its employees and residents the work-life balance they desire. Throughout the day we’ll be looking at the impact hybrid and flexible working will have on the borough, as well as the completion of new homes in the town centre, the town’s new creative campus and the booming industrial sector. Vanessa Clark is co-hosting the bi-annual walking tour of Croydon this September as a board member of Develop Croydon. The tour has been a virtual tour for the last 18 months because of Covid restrictions.
