Croydon-Whitelabel operate the Develop Croydon forum have signed up for new offices on the 3rd floor of Suffolk House
Acting on behalf of Freshwater, Sinclair Clark has finalised a letting to Whitelabel returning the firm back to Suffolk House after a brief Pandemic interlude. The new offices are being refurbished and comprise 2,500 sq ft.

Sinclair Clark is instructed to let 3,600 sq ft of ground floor offices in the Workspace complex on Mandela Street. Fully fitted and can be handed over with all the new furniture. Details to follow.

Freshwater captures off market letting of 16,010 sq ft of offices for Simpson House Croydon
An early surrender of three wings of Simpson House has led Freshwater to an off market letting to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) of 16,010 sq ft. This marks a good start to the Croydon office market following limited transactions during 2020. The government tenant, DWP, will be opening a training and skills centre. Cushman advised DWP and Sinclair Clark advised Freshwater on the surrender and simultaneous letting. Click here for the full press release.
