Tide Construction-exits short term leases at 96 George Street and St Matthew’s House.

CSC has advised the Freshwater Group on initial lettings to relet the former DWP floors offices in Simpson House. The initial short lease allows the tenant to seek a change of use on the upper floors for F1 Postgraduate teaching.

CSC is appointed on the letting of a well located self -contained office building with balconies on the 2nd floor and Juliet balconies on the 1st floor. Amenities include-Garage car parking allowing 4 cars, secure cycle store, showers, lockers and separate fitted kitchens and meeting rooms.

CSC is advising anchor tenant WT/Betway who occupy circa 42,000 sq ft of fully fitted Grade A + offices across large floor plates.

The offices will be officially available from July 2025 and it is anticipated that new lease/s will be available by negotiation direct with the Landlord. Passing rents equate to £55 psf.
