CSC AGREES TERMS FOR AN ADDITIONAL FLOOR AT TIMES HOUSE SUTTON
Acting on behalf of Frasers CSC has agreed the letting of the 6th floor vacated by Reed Partnership to anchor tenant IMCD on a lease co-terminous with IMCD’s exiting leases at a rental of £18psf and 6,851 sq ft
RELX TO RELOCATE OFFICES FROM QUADRANT HOUSE TO SUTTON PARK HOUSE
RELX are relocating from Quadrant House their HQ offices adjacent to Sutton Station. CSC have advised RELX jointly with JLL on the acquisition of circa 19,500 sq ft of Grade A + fitted offices in Sutton Park House on Carshalton Road. The building is nearing completion as part of a residential led re-development.
COPTHALL HOUSE SUTTON NOW FULLY LET
CSC has advised on the letting of all vacant space at Copthall House to Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust (OHCAT).
In all two floors have been let comprising 9,500 sq ft.
OHCAT have moved from Quadrant House adjacent to Sutton station which has been bought by Amro Partners for a major refurbishment and re-positioning of the building.
HIGHDORN GROUP OF PROPERTIES LANDS SECURE FUTURE FOR SIMPSON HOUSE CROYDON
CSC has advised Freshwater/Highdorn Group as part of an on-going position as the sole strategic adviser on the Croydon portfolio.
Fairfield School of Business (FSB) has taken a lease of all the lower ground space and a large wing on the ground floor for administration.
In addition, FSB is under offer on two large wings on the 1st and 2nd floors for which the College is seeking a change of use to F1.
FSB has MOU’s with: Bath Spa University, Ravensbourne College of Communication and Birmingham University.
RENAISSANCE DINGWALL ROAD CROYDON RLAM LANDS MAJOR GRADE A OFFICE LETTING
As one of there joint agents CSC advised RLAM on the letting of circa 30,000 sq ft of Grade A office space to Mott MacDonald in the largest letting in the market this year.
RLAM also agreed the lease renewal of the 4th floor with Mott MacDonald marking a total transaction encompassing 50,000 sq ft.
TSA Henry Riley City and Croydon Office Acquisitions
CSC have acquired 3,500 sq ft of Grade A plus Offices at 3 Dorset Rise for the new City office of TSA Henry Riley.
In Croydon CSC has instructed solicitors for a new local office base.
CSC is also retained to agree exit negotiations from three existing offices.
