2 Arena Approach located in Middlesbrook – Rent Review

Chase and Partners were instructed to advise the Landlord in connection with the rent review for 2 Arena Approach located in Middlesbrook which is occupied by Missolua restaurant. Chase and Partners inspected the subject and negotiated with the tenant’s surveyor. The parties we unable to agree terms therefore an Arbitrator was appointed to settle the matter. We submitted our Expert Witness Report and Points of Reply to the appointed Arbitrator who awarded a rental increase.
