Central Wolverhampton – Expert Witness

In June and July 2011, Graham chase appeared as an expert witness, in the High Court in Multi-Veste v Northern Ireland Investors. He covered the issues of development, investment, letting, financial and viability issues relating to the development of the £300 million Summer Row shopping centre development in central Wolverhampton. Judgment was given in favour of the client with costs awarded.
