Dudden Hill Lane Willesden Junction – Viability Study
R55 Group appointed Chase and Partners in 2017 to undertake a viability study of their Dudden Hill Lane development in Willesden Junction to present a case to the Council that the quantum and mix of affordable housing in the Proposed Scheme is an appropriate response to the requirements of planning policy. To do this, Chase and Partners assessed the current Use Value of the industrial site by investigating industrial rents and land values in the surrounding area while looking at the residential element of the scheme and assessing the provision of affordable housing to make this scheme viable.
