Fox & Duck Pub in Richmond – Arbitrator

Graham Chase was appointed by the Pubs Code Adjudicator to act as the Arbitrator in respect of a Non-MRO lease dispute on the Public House premises known as the Fox & Duck in Richmond. Graham dealt with pre submission issues on a without prejudice correspondence, issuing the relevant correspondence, considering the submissions of the advocates for both parties to the dispute before determining his award.
