Hollywood Bowl premises in Middlebrook, Bolton – Lease Re-gear

Chase and Partners were instructed to negotiate a re-gear of the Hollywood Bowl premises in Middlebrook, Bolton with the tenant, The Original Bowling Company Ltd. Chase and partners undertook negotiations with the tenants agent and agreed terms for a new reversionary lease from expiry of the existing lease. We agreed a rental increase at the start of the reversionary lease. The new lease will be subject to 5 yearly upward only rent reviews linked to CPI capped and collared.
