Chase and Partners received instructions from Reigate and Banstead Borough Council in 2019 to advise them on the proposed redevelopment of Marketfield Way, Redhill. We undertook an independent review of the project to date which included reviewing all relevant documentation sent through by Reigate and Banstead Borough Council comprising planning documents, development appraisals, deeds of appointments and lease agreements. Chase and Partners were asked to consider the market conditions and provide recommendations on our findings. This involved undertaking an independent financial appraisal of the consented scheme and providing our views on the scheme design and suggesting ways to improve the layout and delivery of the scheme.
