Out of town: Handforth Dean Shopping Park, Manchester

Graham Chase acted for CPG Developments Limited on the recent Handforth Dean Manchester Shopping Park Development subject to a “Call-in” by the Secretary of State and subsequent public inquiry held between January and March 2018. His advice covered viability, town centre health checks on a number of centres, the strength and impact of Manchester City centre and the Trafford Shopping Centre on the catchment of south Manchester and demand & supply issues. A decision is now awaited.
