In 2018, Graham Chase was appointed by the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to act as an Arbitrator charged with determining the revised rental for Unit 1 Festival Park in Basildon, between the Applicant, Aviva Life & Pensions (UK) Limited and the Respondent, McDonald’s Restaurants Limited.
