Graham Chase was appointed as the Independent Expert charged with determining the ‘Yearly Open Market Rental Value’ as at the rent review date in accordance with the rent review clauses in the lease between Zurich Assurance Limited and Lidl UK GmbH for retail park Unit 1B in The Bognor Regis. Graham considered the Expert Witness reports put forward to him, investigated and analysed the comparable evidence and provided his determination without reasons.
