Graham Chase was appointed by the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to act as an Arbitrator charged with determining the revised rental for Unit 2 The Boulevard Retail Park in Peterborough as at Rent Review date of the 1st October 2017 between A Dunelm (Soft Furnishings) Ltd and Aviva Life & Pensions UK Ltd. The parties subsequently settled the dispute by mutual agreement.
