Graham Chase was appointed by the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to act as an Independent Expert charged with determining the revised rental for Unit H Antelope Retail Park in Southampton between Hedge End Trustees Limited and Amsric Foods Limited. The parties subsequently settled the dispute by mutual agreement.
