CHASE SINCLAIR CLARK

2023 was a pivotal year for Sinclair Clark as during the first half of the year negotiations were in hand for the acquisition of Chase and Partners.

On 1st October Chase Sinclair Clark was formed combining both former companies within the existing structure of Chase and Partners.

Chase and Partners had been nurtured by Professor Graham Chase with a significant focus on retail property, arbitration, dispute resolution and valuation.

The inclusion of Sinclair Clark created in 2010 by Vanessa Clark, added a range of commercial agency skills in letting, acquisitions, development and consultancy.

Both practices brought with them a large pool of core clients and the new structure benefitted from tried and tested formulas and a significant level of experience.
